I Think My Vacation from the Gym was too long.

I am choosing Green to do my blogging. So from now on all of Lindsey's stuff will be in my favorite color...GREEN. Today was another day of training. The bad news is my mile that used to be jogged in 9 minutes now takes me 14 minutes. I guess my vacation from fitness and the gym has taken its toll a bit. Tomorrow IS A NEW DAY. Wish me luck.
