Boot Camp: Day 1

I am so excited about boot camp. I think it's just what I needed to get me up and going! I love that we are meeting there and doing this together. The support is great! Our instructor was awesome - she wants to help us get fit and doesn't seem like the type to find pleasure in our pain. And I suspect there will be some pain with this boot camp! We'll see!! ~Shannon
